It is upsetting to read of the pending execution of Iraq's President, Saddam Hussein.  His recent fate was determined by a kangeroo court, whose judicial system was formed and established by the United States of America, under the guise of our invading military and its war rules.

We are an invading country, trying to justify the inditement, trial and conviction of Iraq's so-called number one war criminal, Saddam Hussein, through the auspices of a so-called Iraqi government---an entity that America hand-picked, which attempts to allow us to wash our hands of any culpability or responsibility for hanging the former Iraq President.

I concur with former U.S. Attorney Ramsey Clark, that if any trial regarding war crimes is to take place, it should be done by an international tribunal or international judicial body, with full independence and fairness to be provided to the accused.

America will have blood on its hands for conducting such a dispicable and unjust action.

If anyone is to be tried for high crimes against humanity, it should be the president of the United States, and the United States Congress, for approving and initiating such an action that has reaped death and destruction upon an innocent nation and its people.
